Booking Policy

All appointments must be made online through the website, in person or by phone with your lash artist.

Lauren Beauty LLC does not accept appointments through social media.

All online appointments will require a credit or debit card to hold your appointment time. You will not be billed  until your appointment time and you will be able to use any form of payment at that time.

New lash clients may have to pay a 25% non-refundable deposit and can pay in person or by invoice through email to confirm your appointment. Lauren Beauty LLC will send this to you after you request your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your total at your appointment.

Please be aware that you may have to book in advance in order to have your desired date and time.

Rescheduling Policy

If you must reschedule your appointment your deposit will be applied to your new date and time only if you make arrangements with your lash artist 24 hours in advance. Any rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance your deposit will not be refunded or used for future appointments. You will have to pay a new deposit for your new time.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your appointment your deposit will not be refunded or used for future appointments unless you reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment.

No-Show Policy

If you do not come to your appointment and no notice is given you will be charged in full for your entire session. No exceptions. You will no longer be able to book an appointment with Lauren Beauty LLC.

Lash Appointment Policy

Please come with CLEAN eyes! You may be charged a $20 cleansing fee for extensive cleaning and will most likely result in less lashing time.

If at any point your lash artist feels like you are not caring for your lashes properly and is concerned about the overall health of your natural lashes we may refuse service and advise you to have your lash extensions removed.

Children Policy

Children under the age of 10 will not be allowed inside the facility. We love your kiddos but because we do not have proper child care options in our facility it is best for their safety that they stay home. You may be held responsible for any damages that may occur.

Tardy Policy

Please come to your appointment at your appointment time. You're welcome to come early and have a beverage but please note that we will not be able to start your session any sooner than what is scheduled.

If you're late to your appointment your session will end at the time it was originally scheduled to end. We will no longer be able to run into the next clients appointment time.

If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment we will not be able to render services and you will be marked as a No-Show. You will be charged for your appointment in full. You will not be able to book another appointment unless your balance is paid.

Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds. All services are final after payment.

Returned Check Policy

If your check is returned you will be responsible for a $30 returned check fee as well as the original amount due. Both fees must be paid immediately and you will no longer be able to use a check for future purchases.

If payment is refused Lauren Beauty LLC will take legal action.
