Booking Policy

All appointments must be made online through our website. 

Lauren Beauty does not accept appointments via social media.

All appointments will require a credit or debit card to hold your appointment time. 

You will not be billed until your service is complete and you will be able to use cash, card or check.

A 10% gratuity will be applied to ALL credit and debit card transactions.

Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to avoid being charged for your appointment in full.

No-Show Policy

If you do not come to your appointment and no notice is given, you will be charged in full for your entire session. No exceptions. You may risk the ability to be able to book an appointment with us in the future..

Lash Appointment Policy

Please come with CLEAN eyes! You may be charged a $20 cleansing fee and will most likely result in less lashing time.

If at any point your lash artist feels like you are not caring for your lashes properly we may refuse service and advise you to have your lash extensions removed.

Tardy Policy

Please come to your appointment at your appointment time. You're welcome to come early but please note that we will not be able to start your session any sooner than what is scheduled.

If you're late to your appointment your session will end at the time it was originally scheduled to end. We will no longer be able to run into the next clients appointment time.

If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment we will not be able to perform your services and you will be marked as a No-Show. You will be charged for your appointment in full. You will not be able to book another appointment unless your balance is paid. You may risk the ability to book an appointment with us in the future.

Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds. All services are final after payment.

No exceptions!

Returned Check Policy

If your check is returned you will be responsible for a $30 returned check fee as well as the original amount due. Both fees must be paid immediately and you will no longer be able to use a check for future purchases.

If payment is refused Lauren Beauty will take legal action.
